Apple Volume Purchasing for Business

To quote the email I just received from Apple Developer (via the iOS Developer Program):

Get ready today. Business customers will soon be able to buy your apps in volume. Click through the latest Paid Applications Agreement so that your apps will be offered for sale when the Volume Purchase Program is available to businesses.

I'm loving the use of the words 'Click through'. It seems obvious that even Apple accept that nobody actually reads any of their terms and agreements. Laughable if it weren't true.
